Preliminary western blot experiments gave an ~30 kDa band in human heart lysates after 2 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of 58 kDa according to NP_004811. The 30 kDa band was succesfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
